1. No Return Policy:
MD Mall operates with a No Return Policy. Once an order is placed and products are received, returns are not accepted under any circumstances.
However, in case of a genuine defective product, we will only consider exchanges if you provide a parcel opening video. The video must clearly show the unboxing of the product in its original, uncut, and unedited form. This helps us verify that the defect occurred during transit. If no parcel opening video is provided, no exchange request will be processed.
2. Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service team on the same day you receive the product. To help us process your claim, we require a parcel opening video that clearly shows the unboxing of the item. The video must be:
- Genuine
- Uncut
- Unedited
This allows us to verify that the damage or defect occurred during transit. Without the required parcel opening video, we cannot process any return or exchange requests.
Once we receive the video and verify the issue, we will proceed with an exchange for the defective product. Refunds are not available.
3. Product Not as Expected:
If the product received does not match your expectations or is not as shown on our website, please contact our Customer Service team within the same day of receiving the item. While we will review your complaint, only exchanges are available for such cases. No refunds will be issued.
4. Exchange Process:
- The exchange process is only available if a valid parcel opening video is provided.
- The video must clearly show the unboxing process in its original, uncut, and unedited form.
- After the issue is confirmed by our team, we will arrange for the exchange of the defective product.
5. Important Notes:
- No returns will be processed for any reason, only exchanges are available for defective products.
- We will not entertain claims without a parcel opening video.
- Do not argue using phrases such as "I forgot to tell the customer" or "My regular customer would never lie." This rule is strictly enforced to ensure fairness to all customers.
